Been waiting a loooooong time to make and post this picture… 🙂 🙂
If you click on the image above you’ll see a small “bump” on the horizon – that’s it! That’s Endeavour Crater! This is certainly my first colour image of the crater’s rim, though it’s almost certainly not THE first colour image.
In the days, weeks and months to come we’ll enjoy increasingly-impressive views of the faraway crater; Oppy seems to be in something of a “dip” in the land at the moment, so when she climbs up onto the plain again the view should open up, allowing us to see… well, we’ll find out!
