Opportunity has been taking a LOT of colour sequences recently, to allow the mission team (and amateur image enthusiasts) to create large, highly detailed panoramic mosaics of the area she’s exploring and studying high up on the eastern flank of Cape York.
I offer no science here, no penetrating insight, no exclusive information – just a couple of images I’ve made of what I think is a truly beautiful place on Mars. Click to enlarge, as usual. I hope you like them.
